[0003] Usually, these apparatuses consist of a support frame for a carousel rotating intermittently around a main axis of rotation and defining, in correspondence with its periphery, a plurality of support seats for the respective metal bodies to be work, which are fed to the carousel by means of a feeding device. [0004] The apparatus also includes a front table, arranged parallel and facing the carousel, which is movable with alternating translational motion along a direction substantially parallel to the main axis of rotation of the carousel. [0005] In particular, the front table supports a plurality of processing stations, which are intended to engage sequentially with the metal bodies supported by the carousel. [0006] The apparatus is provided with a motor which is connected, by means of kinematic connection means comprising, inter alia, a connecting rod-crank unit, and to an elongated element, supporting the front table for moving said front table of alternating motion, which to the carousel to allow it to rotate intermittently around the main axis of rotation. [0007] The known solutions, although widely used, are not without drawbacks. [0008] In particular, there are some critical issues in relation to the need to manage synchronization between the movement of the front table and the carousel. [0009] Also for this reason, the known machines are not very flexible and do not allow to easily intervene on the parameters (carousel speed, front table stroke, etc.) according to the type of processing required. [0010] This obviously leads to a limitation of potential productivity under certain operating conditions. [0011] The main task of the present invention is to solve the problems and to overcome the drawbacks described above, by creating an apparatus for processing metal bodies for plastic deformation which is extremely reliable in use. [0012] Within this task, an object of the invention is to provide extremely flexible equipment at varying speeds of use. [0013] Not least object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for processing metal bodies by plastic deformation having a competitive production cost in such a way as to make its use advantageous also from an economic point of view. [0014] The aim of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for processing metal bodies by plastic deformation which is capable of improving the known technique in one or more of the aspects indicated above. [0015] Within the scope of this task, an object of the invention is to provide an apparatus for processing metal bodies for plastic deformation which is extremely simple from a construction point of view. [0016] Not least object of the invention is to provide an apparatus for processing metal bodies for plastic deformation which is highly reliable, relatively easy to manufacture and at competitive costs. [0017] This task, as well as these and other purposes which will become better apparent hereinafter, are achieved by an apparatus for processing metal bodies for plastic deformation according to claim 1, optionally equipped with one or more of the characteristics of the dependent claims.
